Because each item is handmade or made-to-order, we have the following return guidelines.


Bracelets (Handmade Items)

All bracelet sales are final.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.


Custom Orders

Custom bracelets (including name or personalized designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check spelling and details before placing your order.


Print-on-Demand Merchandise (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Mugs)

These items are made especially for you once your order is placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


Lost Packages

Bracelets are shipped via untracked letter mail.

We are not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Postal delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
